Only the debit system seems to work

It is so funny that there is never an issue when it comes to debit an account, it works first time, every time. But when it comes to customer issue it takes months and they can still not sort it out. Somethings that you need to be aware of with ucook: a) They are not competitive with their pricing b) They are not environmentally friendly. You end up with ~4-5 plastic bags/containers after each meal c) 9 out of 10 meals require both the oven and the stovetop to be used. In the end, your 'easy' meal becomes very expensive. d) They have support only in name, in practice they are very arrogant and unhelpful.
