No refund from UCook

I cancelled an order and is still waiting for a refund 14 working days later. When I called, I was told that it takes 5-8 working days. Now the email response I get us that I will be contacted within the hour. Well....that was yesterday. It's more than 24 hours later and no response from Ucook!!
