Helpful Servicing - more training needed
I’ve left a review before, but wanted to add that the servicing around issues of queries has been really good in general. However, some of the agents don’t have all the info and training is key in this area. I had a query around Vitality meals and them being submitted to Discovery Vitality. I needed evidence of all the Vitality meals I had chosen. The agent told me that the meals in my order history showed the Vitality logo on the meals, but that isn’t correct and we had a disagreement.
