Cancel my order and refund me please!

Despite urgent attempts, I have been unable to reach their support team via phone, email, or WhatsApp. My order was placed in error today, and over R1000 was taken—money I desperately needed for rent. I expect a prompt response and resolution, as their channels of support have utterly failed me. I await your intervention.
