BE WARNED: UCOOK is a SUBSCRIPTION service

BE WARNED that UCOOK is a 'SUBSCRIPTION' service and not the nice raw food basket with a recipe ordering service that you thought. They do not say this when you register and when you give your card details. Even though you go into your ordering basket and delete every item and click save they still charge you because you did not suspend your 'SUBSCRIPTION'.

A food subscription service ? The have also taken a trick our of Apple subscription book in that it is difficult to know how to cancel or in this case suspend the 'SUBSCRIPTION' unless you click onto the tab 'SUBSCRIPTION' when they have never indicated that it is a 'SUBSCRIPTION' service in the first place. Obviously, the support desk (which was not manned when I called to query the charge but rather a voice message of please email which I did and then got a call the next day!) indicated I should have looked at the FAQ as how to suspend my 'SUBSCRIPTION'. Under orders you get your basket where you can add and subtract a meal under orders therefore surely if you delete all the items you have indicated you do not want the order this week but no you must suspend your food 'SUBSCRIPTION'.
