Be the chef you always wanted to be

My wife and I fell in love with UCOOK from the first box we ordered. For us, they have not only changed cooking from a mundane c**** into an interesting and enjoyable pastime, but they have also brought the joy back into our eating. Quality ingredients, neatly measured and packed, wonderful menus with easy to follow instructions and a wide variety of food to choose from, all make UCOOK a delight. And during this difficult lockdown period, their offering and convenient delivery have been like manna from heaven. Add a touch of humour, chef cook-a-longs and regular bonus products and, excuse the pun, you have a near-perfect recipe.

But when it comes down to it, the real measure of a company is how they respond to problems. They recently added a frozen food option (equally delicious) to their fresh food offering and when there was a mix-up with our order, the head of the new division was quick to jump in and provide a voucher to put it all to rights.

A quality product backed up by quality service. A rare animal these days. Worthy of special acknowledgement.
