Any Health Inspector's Nightmare!

I love the product, love the recipes. For that, I would give 10 stars. But what worries me is that I've ordered an additional box to be delivered on Sunday and both Sunday's thus far it has been a problem. So the box that could not be delivered on Sunday, which travelled an entire afternoon in a car, with ingredients such as fish and chicken, now gets taken to the warehouse (or wherever it's stored) and placed in a cooler. Get's taken out a day later and goes into a car again for yet another day? This BIG fact should have been something that concerned the logistical manager and should have been his first concern, but it wasn't even something he thought of or cared for. Just send a client a box with the same ingredients that have been travelling for 2 days? Health Inspectors would have a field day with situations like this? Reiterating - I love this product and I love it so much that I get two boxes a week for me and to bless someone else... but Logistics - is another story.

Monday delivery guy is always on time - he is friendly - he cares to know the clients he deliverss to... but Sunday is a Logistical Nightmare!
