Worst customer service ever

On my review U Connect rep**** that they are investigating and will respond shortly. This was over a month ago and they do not respond to emails even though there advertised customer e mail address is used. To add insult to injury not only have they not refunded me a promised but they have debited me twice more after confirming cancellation. They are a bunch of **** artists
