Worse bank ever!!!

i have hade my spot money account for about a month and a half now.... and its been locked for over 4 weeks going on to 5 weeks, after i ordered my cards my account got locked..... and they can say why or when it will be unlocked..... And they don't reply to emails, their agents cant say why the account has been locked, just that they will escalate the matter en get back to me on email.... will definitely NOT recommend SPOT MONEY ever again!!!! -100 star rating!!!
