WHAT A ****!!!! WHO IS RESCUE BOX?????

I have just gone through my bank account after receivign an sms from my bank for a debit order to rescue Box. When I saw this at first I just assumed it was for NSRI charity to who I give a monthly donation. When the bank contacted me I found it starnge & decided to check.....to my astonishment I find that rescue Box whos i somehow connected to Vodacom has been debiting my account since July 2015!!!!! When I contacted them a very stroppy assistant told me that they have debited my account because they offer 'technical; service' for my cell phone usage. I pay Vodacom monthly so why would I want to pay for a service I do not even know of or use...................I was livid and want to know how do I go about getting back my money that has been deducted monthly over all these years. Just as a warning to Vodacom clients please chekc your bank statements because I cannot ever recall someone calling me & me authorising this payment. Please help!!! to advise how I can get my money back....
