Very upset

These people keep debiting my account every month and I don't even know what this rescue box is and neve gave them my bank detail. I WANT THESE DEBIT ORDERS STOPED IMMEDIATELY AND REFUND ME ALL THE MONEY YOU HAVE TAKEN FROM CAPITEIC ACCOUNT FOR THE PAST YEAR ? ?
