******** Automatic Deductions

I have tried numerously to cancel my old 3Mobile subscription (which has now automatically been transferred to Extreme Lifestyle). Every year they deduct R199 from my account, from an old agreement in 2004. I have tried to cancel it many times, yet they continue to deduct from my account. They are extremely useless!
