unknown amount of unauthorized Debit orders

I noticed this debit order that I did not give authorization for so I looked back on statements and this has been going on for more than 5 years or even longer. I called few times and cancelled it and again the debit order has gone off.<br> <br> I have never used this Extreme Lifestyle service, I just want my money back that was taken from my bank account with no authorization <br> <br> Please reverse ALL the billing amounts
