Unauthorized debit orders
<p>I discovered today that Rescue Box has been deducting money from my account each month. I had a look at my bank statements and realised that this has actually been going on the the past 3 years (or possibly even longer!) I am absolutely disgusted!!! I want this resolved now, and I want all my money refunded immediately.</p>

I still haven't received any feedback. I want my money refunded to me, I know that I didn't sign up for this service. Can someone sort this out urgently?
