Unauthorized debit order and my profile has been affected.............Highly frustrated individual

I've noticed that you guys have been deducting from November last year up until April. You guys are so lucky that Standard bank could only reverse the latest 2 months debit order . Today I've pull a credit report and your company details are reflecting on my profile.

Please update my profile and i want feedback within 24 hours to who gave you permission to deduct money from my bank account.
