Unauthorised/********** Debit Order

Recently found out that this company that I dont know and have never spoken too, have been taking R55 out of my account via Debit Order every month since I opened a contract with Telkom early last year (May 2017) Sales guy at Telkom mentioned rescue box as part of the router package but now Telkom know nothing about it and am trying to cancel it but no one seems to have details about it, Rescue box I want my money back and STOP debiting my account.,What ********** behavior is this.
