Unauthorised debits from my account

I received this notification: CLUB 3M -168645-1, R199.00 has been debited from your account so I decided to Google and found that Extreme Lifestyle has been taking money out of a lot of other peoples accounts as well.<br> <br> I called the call centre where they told me I had a 3M membership and that it would be cancelled. They could not refund and that a manger would have to call me because nobody was available yet. I don't have time to waste on things like this that shouldn't even be happening.<br> <br> Me having agreed to this service or not is irrelevant because at no point would an automatic renewal have been applicable, so what is happening here if th3ft.<br> <br> I expect this money to be refunded as well as all other amounts previously taken which I did not authorize and was not fortunate enough to pick up.
