Unauthorised debits
Since 2010 Extreme Lifestyle has been debiting my account twice every month without consent from me. I want to be refunded all the money that has been taken from me without permission. It is basically T...h...e...f...t...

As per our telephonic conversation with you, we will be refunding you within 3-7 working. You will not be debited further by us, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Due to this order being placed over 5yrs ago we have ruled in your favour as per CPA we only keep call recordings for a maximum of 5years.
