Unauthorised debits

Comit Technologies/Rescue Box is a classical example of ********* business practises in motion. This is my 2nd lisitng of a complaint against the said parties. I recently as the e agent had 27th of October 2017 made contact with the company to have unauthorsied debit orders to be stopped. I was referred to a call centre agent by the name of Shipo and explained my concern regarding unauthorised debit orders for R46 and R57 and was informed that my request to have these immediately stopped. The agent had assured me that this will be actioned and a follow sms to this regard will be forth coming. To date none have these assurances have been actioned and I note that yet again on the 30th of October 2 debits were actioned from my account. The question is how do I get this stopped once and for all? I am really frustrated and at my wits end.
