Unauthorised Debit Orders

I was contacted by MWeb who assured me that there will only be one amount going off my account for the 2gb internet, then on my bank statement come 3 debit orders.<br> RESB PD-***-2<br> SOMU PD-***-4<br> SBOX PD-***-3<br> This was never agreed upon, and then due to the fact that there was no money in my account on the 27th of Feb 2015 I was charged R138.00 per DO that returned.<br> <br> I am furious and now I have to go through all this problems to get my money back. it is taking my valued time and allot of effort trying to get hold of these people.<br> <br> <br> <br>
