Unauthorised Debit Orders

I had signed up for MWEB Uncapped ADSL through a company called PINGED, in April 2015. I had discovered last month that I was being billed for 3 services. SOMU, RESB and SBOX, each being R49. I had not agreed to these services when I had signed on. I had called PINGED and cancelled these services and asked them to refund me for the months they had debited me but no one has got back to me. I am looking at taking legal action as these are ******* charges made to my account.
