Unauthorised Debit Order

Hello<br> <br> I am continuously being debited money from my bank account without any authorisation.<br> Every time i speak to a consultant on the phone, i am promised this will be sorted out. Up till today the problem has not been rectified and false promises are made.<br> <br> I want you to please refund all monies debited and cancel whatever subscription you may think i have with you. <br> <br> I am tired of being sent to a different department every day and my time and airtime is being wasted.<br> <br> Please rectify this situation within a week or i will be seeking legal action as this is now *****.
