uConnect - Service Excellence

I have had my mobile number with uConnect since 2016 and have seen this mobile network grow from Strength to Strength. My Experience on their App has been amazing. I love the simplicity of it and the ability it gives we to reward myself with WhatsApp Data every Sunday and by playing a Word game called Rewardle.

More importantly, when I have a problem, somebody always answers the phone (I don't get routed via a machine. The Support staff are Friendly and are open an honest to the the problems. They always follow up after my query and if the get it wrong, they acknowledge this and sometimes make up for it by giving me Data or Airtime.
