Uconnect ****med me

One of their agents called me and told me about the sum card and package they told me to approve the debicheck after that I can collect my SIM card at clicks with a reference until today I have not received an sms with the reference number. And it appears on my banking app as approved.

I want to cancel this with immediate effect I even changed my salary to another bank because Uconnect is a ****!!!!!
