UCONNECT IS A ****

My name Andrew Ayanda Mazibuko,Uconnect is ****,the deal between myself and uconnect was for them to deduct R299 once a month for the service,they will provide me with unlimited calls to any network and 10 gig data,from last month they are deducting twice on my account without my knowledge,when i ask them to refund me my money,they are refusing and no shift manager wants to help me with this issue,today they have deducted again on my account,i need hello peter to help me with this
