Uconnect company that deceives customers by robbing them

Morning my good people. I have bad experience with the uconnect company that sells simcard . My experience was as follows , I received a call from one of their agent when I was work 1 week back and the agent requested to tell me more about the services and I was willing to listen .. they told me about how their company works and what they deal .. I told the agent that I need a phone which was an iPhone 13 and the agent told not to worry I'll have my phone ..all I need is to follow the steps in order to get my phone ..I told her that I don't want a simcard but a phone she agreed ..when I thought that the deal was about the phone yet I've been deceived for a simcard ..not a phone ..now I'm paying for what I don't even want I ddnt go get the Sim card coz I wrote them an email tell them that they should cancel that order coz I needed a phone not a simcard ..they wrote the email back and said they will do the follow up on my recordings via call me and the agent. They said they will come back to me ..but they ddnt I'm scared that they will deduct my money without my permission hence I told them not to and I'm canceling the order ..plz help me stop the uconnect company by not deducting money from my account..their not professional at all ..the deceive customers by lying to them
