Telkom Accounts department is the worst

A very stressful situation okay fine i made a payment on frday at spar the payment has not reflected even now so its okay i want to forward proof of payment to accounts department ive been given an email that doesnt work buy five different agents the last one said ishould try to change a hyphen to underscore i mean are they unsure of this email address worst customer service ever.
