Still no feedback after a week
After I posted my complaint about unauthorized debit orders from my account I received an E-mail promising resolution to my grievance in 2-3 days. It is now a week later and still I have received no feedback of any sort. Awaiting your response.

Kindly note that we have sent you an email with full and final closure on your query.
Due you this order being placed more than 5yrs ago, we can no longer retrieve the call recording, as per CPA we keep call recordings for 5yrs maximum.
