Stay away spot money is........

IT IS THE WIRST THING u ever used in my live. Its not a service or an apk its a thing!!!! I made two payments within the last one was at 20:00 (14 june 2023) and it did not clear into my supiers bank account. The other payment was 15june 2023 around 12:00 AND IT ALSO DID BOT CLEAR. So the money went of my account to who knows where....... I contacted the and they had 3 different stories if why this happened but said it the money would be refunded by the end of the day. IT IS NOW 23:44 AT NIGHT AND the cash is still not back in my account. So R8000 is who know where
