SPOTMONEY IS A BIG *****

I downloaded the app and from word go i have been ahving problems. i received a deposit into this account and when i had to make payments to other banks it kept on beingreversed, so the onetime when i though it now really went through i requested to close the account after, only to find out that the money was never received to the people i tried to pay and i enquired with SpoMoney and they confirmed that the money was reversed back into my account.

I have been trying to get a holf of them to find out and try arrange how i can get my money back i mean i cant just let go of R10 000 just like that and worse case is that it is not even my money. Now i am not getting any assistance or way forward, instead they make me keep chatting to people who dont assist me with anything. They know very well that they do not send you anything, i do not have a statement or anything yet they request i must prove it is my account, like how? my ID number and ID Copy should pove to you and security questions but i am so sick and tired fo 4 weeks trying the same thing with no way forward or any profgress!!!!!!
