Spotmoney Bidvest

Spot money account took 20.000 in total from account that's missing..two R5000 EFT I payed to MoMs FNB account after she sent me 30k into the account I EFT 10k back to her the money got deducted but she never received it payments say pending for over a month and thy can't help or call to explain where my money is ..then on 20 of July 2023 I transferred another R10 .000 from my MoMs FNB the money went from FNB but was never credited to my Spot account,FNB confirmed that the money is with Spot Bidvest. Total loss of 20.000 in 1 month with no help or replies where my money is..the worst mistake I ever made trusting them because it was under Bidvest
