Spot money will withold your funds

Spot money will keep you stranded!!! I am selling meat and received payments ,as I am a new user i dont have a card, so I used my virtual card to top up my husband account ( tymebank ) via card number, as i needed the money to order meat again the payments i received is for meat orders that i have provided proof of payments to spot money! Must be in hospital, now I can acess my own money after sended my proof of payments that i received from my clients.
