SPOT MONEY IS HORRIBLE!!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!! I Opened an account with them, from onset I received a deposit of R10 000 into my account and every time I tried to send money to someone's bank account it kept on being reversed but it will show you that the payment was successful. Worst case is that i thought the money was now finally sent out to the accounts i tried to pay into, and requested that they close my account. sure that they did ofcos. however days later i hear from the people that i had to pay that they did not receive any money, i follow up with them via the chat as that is the only communication option as they do not provide contact detals for calls, so i chat online with them then they tell me that they will speka to the supervisor or whoever, next thing they dont respond, okay so i follow up, someone responded via email and asked for proof of banking details, like how??? from where coz the account is closed i cannot access it, mind you i did not receive any email with confirmation of account or anything of the sort. now they need to knwo if i am the real owner of the account which i get that but after everything they telling me that the money will be sent back to the account that made the deposit which means i lost on R10 000 and now i am in debt as i have to pay people their monies and this is what serious dip ish spot got me into!!!!!! i am so furious beyond words and i cant tell you what to do or not to do but if i were to advise i would say SPOT MONEY should be banned!!!! stay away!!!! Mind you it has been now more than 2 weeks with this matter!!!!!!
