Spot Money EFT via Bidvest is USELESS

Spot Money SA and Bidvest Bank customer services is useless beyond belief!!

Getting assistance from the Spot Money chat or email service is just as USELESS!!! Agents have zero interest in helping and just passing messages along!

Money was paid via EFT into my Spot Money account for which a Bidvest account is provided on my profile. It’s been days and the funds are still not reflecting!

Getting answers and assistance from Spot Money is impossible!

Then phoned Bidvest who is the banking partner who says they have no access and cant assist either!

This is RIDICULOUS!!!
