Spot Money (Bidvest Bank.)

Been transferring funds into my account with them and using the card to transact . It works well until there is a problem. And that is a disaster. There is no other way to contact them but via their chat line. And there is no Agent that responds or calls back when advised by their bot to hold for 1. ACCOUNT FROZEN FOR NO REASON. NO FOLLOW UP.. NO RESPONSE TO CALLS. VERY VERY BAD CLIENT SERVICE IF ANY AT ALL.
