Spot money

I have a very big problem. I have had a spot money account for a while now. And it was good but yesterday it all went to hell. I received 3 payments from 3 different clients for goods that I need to courier. Al of a sudden my account is blocked. And all they are telling me is that the compliance team is reviewing my account and they will let me know if the outcome. Here's the problem. I can't enter my app at all. I can't confirm that the money paid to me was real payments or not. I don't know what money was received and now I can't release the goods. And we are on that point that clients are saying they are going to contact police cause I ****med them. But I did not. I am also loosing business now and that is truly sad . I need answers. Please. If I get arrested for something stupid there is going to be hell to pay. Spot needs to sort it out and give me answers. My name is Roedolf Emiel Ernst.
