I order the 5GIG unlimited calls for 199. Got the sim and email notification that my subscription was active all I needed to do was put sim in phone. After I found that it was not the case, sent a service request which also takes days for them to respond. And their final word was the for the 5GIG unlimted calls a debit order would have gone off. Thwy had my card on system and I asked ok active and they could not. Very unprofessional service and support from their stuf
