Spot is the Worst!!!! Bidvest should be ashamed

I use spot when doing cash back and buying vouchers , I did a transaction on the 26th September and it's still pending, made contact with the agent on the webchat , was advised that was escalated to the finance department, it's the 9th October no feedback and I'm unable to get hold of any agents again ..... Worst experience ever ...... I can't even cancel or close the account the app doesn't allow me
