Dear rescue box and so music.. You've been deducting money from my account.. Why? I have no idea. I have no business with you, I tried calling the number that is listed on the website but no one is answering.. Can someone please assist if they have encountered the same problem before.. I stopped the debit order but it looks like they keep on changing the reference number every month. I fail to understand where they even got my details from.. I'm so angry right now it is such an inconvenience.....
