**** **** ****

This woman phoned me. Offered me a tablet with 5GB data every month at ±R250 /month. I buy an Extra 5GB every month on my Vodacom contract for work and thus, it makes sense. And I get a tablet. Then, these people phoned back, not approved. This morning I noticed 3 different debit orders going off my account. All about R 50 each. Rescuebox, Hotspotter and something called Safety. Why TF would I apply for this ****, hey. Rescuebox??? Hello!!! Ever heard of Dropbox??? Hotspotter??? I have all the WIFI I will ever need at home, on the road I use my phone ( with the 5GB extra bought, or if I had the ****** tablet ) as a wifi hotspot. And what the hell is Safety ??? Backup??? Cloudbackup??? It is there already, no need to peddle snake-oil. Who in his right mind would agree to **** like this? It is a **** to fleece the South-African public, nothing more. Funny enough, this Elite Mobile mentioned to be affiliated with Vodacom at least 5 times. Does Vodacom condone their so-called business partners engaging in something this?

I am not adverse to apologising. I made a mistake. Rescuebox, Safetybox and Hotspotter are apparently not in on this so-called business deal. Apparently, they got the go-ahead from EliteMobile. Scenario is like this. I apply for a new BMW 320d. I get declined. But still get billed for the service plan, the instruction manual and the new car smell. *** is the use of that without the car??? Anyhoo, stellar performance from abovementioned 3 in resolving this ******** of a "deal"

Just a thought, although I got sorted because of my not-so-eloquent approach, how many unsuspecting, uninformed and trusting South-Africans are being suckered in and then, without remorse, made to pay-up, cough-up and rammed-up the ring by these kinds of deals?

Another thought, ignorance of certain business partner's practices is nothing short of condoning such behaviour. The dealer is just as guilty as the *****er... John and ********** both guilty.

Thanks,

Paul de Klerk
