Rescuebox and Mobuis Mobile ******

In 2017 I received a call from Mobius mobile for a cellphone contract and I was interested. I gave them my details they processed it, within an hour I got an SMS stating that my application was declined. Last night I decided to request my credit report, since I don't see any difference on my credit score even though I pay my creditor on time each and every month. My report states that since 2017 I've got an active account with Rescuebox, when I called to enquire their Agent(keketso if I remember correctly) said they(rescuebox) don't know who added my details on credit bureau and they cannot remove them.
