Rescue Box taking unauthorized debit orders off my account

I recently spoke to Best Internet about a Vox Contract and we did the application. However the Rescue Box membership was ON CONDITION I accepted the Vox contract. I never received any email and I never took out a Vox membership with them. I contacted Best Internet on the 8th December after they debited my account for R159 on the 30th November. I have the sms saying that the RescueBox membership has been cancelled However, today they took another R159 off my account - putting me into the red Stop taking my money Rescue Box! You have no authorisation to do this!
