Rescue Box *****ing my money

I have been subscribed to Rescue Box without any approval for this to be done. I upgraded my vodacom contract and suddenly i have been receiving a debit order from Rescue Box at R90 a month.

I am a pensioner and every cent counts, i have emailed your so called support email address to cancel the contract and nothing has comeof it. Between Vodacom and Rescue Box you are a bunch of *******, I never signed ANY paperwork saying i approve a debit order to go off of my account. I have tried to cancel this contrat many times with no response.

My next steps will be toget a lawyers letter write to you and if no joy is given i will open a case of theft atthe police as you are *****ing from me monthly.

I am not happy at all.
