Rescue box services not received or requested

When I finally asked my bank what this monthly charge was they informed it was for a company called Rescuebox. www.rescuebox.co.za

The long story is this organization has been debiting my account for services I never knowingly signed up for or received any communication from for substanial period of time. During this period I had no communications or was aware of this service I had supposedly signed up for..... No monthly statements, no annual in increase notifications, no sign in details - nothing. I am busy contesting this with them now and hope to resolve this amicably in the hope that they can be a trust service provider.

This service was apparently activated when Telkom called me to upgrade my internet account - I agreed but this requested was then canceled by Telkom. But somehow Telkom provided my details and agreed on my behalf to sign up for this service with a third party without my knowledge. I would not have signed up to this supposed secure service willingly this was done in a very underhanded manner and non-transparent way. I would like someone from Telkom to come back to me why this happened.

I hope Telkom will come back to me as a valued long-term customer. I hope Rescue box will also come back to me on this matter as I have on multiple occasions asked for a senior manager to contact me.
