RESCUE BOX ****

Today i notice there is a debit order coming off my account from a company call RescuBox.

I notice the amount is R54.00 and i go back in my statements of previous months and notice it has been deducted off my account since May 2018

I have never ever heard of RescuBox let alone ever signed a debit order or anything online from RescueBox .

I have noticed there are many other complaints about RescueBox deduction money off peoples acconts withouth their permission.

How is it possible for any company to get a debit order processed and deducted off your account without your permission.

And why is it this is going on for so long and no one has done anything about it?

I manage to get my bank to reverse the debit order today and block Rescue Box from deducting any further monies off my account.

What amazes me is that the banks have had many complaints in past but yet it is still allowed to happen without the banks doing anything about it.
