Rescue box is *****ing my money

I app**** for a router with telkom and the telkom representative add this rescue box service and I was told that the subscription will be included in the R199 that I will be paying later..I week passed and telkom called and we decided to cancel the application due to personal reasons.

At the end of the month I was there was a debit order of about R100 this was june..I thought it was something I bought so I let it slide..next month some thing happens but this time R55,now I start to worry about this person taking my money,I did my research found the company and called rescue box asked them why are they taking my money..so they explain that they are a IT support company etc..I don't them that I was told this thing will be included on that R199 but at the end of the day I didn't get the router so why on earth am I paying paying for some thing that I don't have,they told me that it is not their mistake it was the telkom representatives mistake..I accepted and told them that I DO not want the service,,received an sms later advising that I have unsubscribed..month later they debit my account again,u called them and they said they had a problem with the accounts and told me they will return my money,month lalaterter they debit my account yet I cancelled the service months ago..Now basically they are *****ing my money..
