Rescue Box ******* deductions

I do not look at my Bank account in detail very often(maybe I should) R62 a month gets deducted from my account by Rescue Box,I do not know this company and has never spoken to them. Please explain Rescue Box,so that everybody knows why you deduct money from peoples Bank account,without them knowing.
