Rescue Box

2 months ago I wrote to Rescue Box and they agreed to cancel my debit order and my so called subscription which they did. On checking my bank statement this month I see the debit order deduction is back again. I wrote to them requesting to know why and as of now all I have had is a "ticket number" and a note saying that they would get back to me.
