Refund promised - did not happen...

After my second E-mail about the lack of response I received a mail stating that the ruling was in my favor due to the lack of Extreme Lifestyle to produce a recording where I 'agreed' to be billed R199 per year for nothing in return.<br> This E-mail promised a refund to be paid into my account by no later than Friday last week (6 Feb 2015). It is now Monday and there is no sign of any refund...
