My account was locked over month ago, I have explained to them that I had accessed my account using my husbands phone because I left my phone at work

My account was locked over month ago, I have explained to them that I had accessed my account using my husbands phone because I left my phone at work. Since then they have locked my account and is taking forever to give feedback. I speak to an agent almost daily😡. I have R180 in my account and I cannot access it. I really am at my wits end with this bank.
